Local Blackfriars is a gated community comprising of 383 apartments, townhouses, and penthouses across two striking towers.
Domis Utilities successfully managed all utility-related aspects of the Local Blackfriars development, overseeing disconnections, temporary supplies, and coordination of permanent water and electrical connections. This included the installation of a double substation with two HV transformers, and navigating complex offsite works to ensure delivery and timely handover.
