Local Crescent

SALFORD

Local Crescent is a unique community comprising 399 apartments and seven townhouses spread across three distinct towers with uniquely striking façades.

Domis Utilities successfully managed all utility-related aspects of the Local Crescent development, overseeing disconnections, temporary supplies, and coordination of permanent water and electrical connections. This included HV connection, and navigating complex offsite works to ensure seamless delivery and timely handover.

Local crescent is defined by its ground-breaking amenities and luxury lifestyle brand apartments. Only in Local Crescent, can residents enjoy a dip in the pool, jacuzzi or relaxing steam before settling down to work in on-site home working facilities only moments from their home.

Apartments are equipped with Magnet German designed kitchens, Vitra bathrooms and ensuites, and Hansgrohe brassware. Residents enjoy private balconies overlooking the buildings many landscaped gardens.
